White Label Customization

Enterprise Feature

White-label customization is available on Enterprise plans. Some features described below are being actively developed.

You built your brand. We just power it. The White Label Platform allows Franchise Admins to fully re-skin the Olympus ecosystem--from the mobile app to the web portal--so it looks and feels exactly like your company.

Branding Configuration​

Navigate to HQ Settings > Brand Identity.

Visual Theme​

Define your color palette. These choices dynamically update buttons, headers, and accents across all apps immediately.

  • Primary Color: The main action color (e.g., "McDonald's Red").
  • Secondary Color: Backgrounds and subtle elements.
  • Accent Color: Highlights and call-to-actions.
  • Typography: Select from our library of licensed web fonts (Google Fonts) or upload a custom font file.

Assets​

  • Logo: Upload an SVG or high-res PNG. This appears on the login screen, header, and printed receipts.
  • Favicon: The small icon in the browser tab.
  • App Icon: The icon users see on their phone home screen.

Custom Domain​

Custom domain provisioning with automatic CNAME verification and SSL certificate management is under active development. Contact your account manager for current availability and manual setup options.

Serve the web app from your own URL (e.g., orders.my-restaurant.com) instead of the default Olympus Cloud domain. Once available, the self-service flow will allow you to:

  1. Enter your Desired Domain in the settings.
  2. Receive generated DNS Records (CNAME) to add to your domain provider.
  3. Automatic SSL Certificate provisioning after domain verification.

AI Brand Voice​

AI Brand Voice customization is planned for a future release. The features described below are not yet available.

Make the AI sound like you. When available, you will be able to configure:

  • Tone: "Professional", "Playful", "Formal", or "Casual".
  • Terminology: "Guests" vs "Customers", "Team Members" vs "Staff".
  • Prohibited Topics: Define guardrails for what the AI Chatbot should never discuss (e.g., politics, competitors).
