Publishing a Schedule

1. Schedule > Edit Schedule
2. Add/modify shifts as needed
3. Click "Publish"
4. Select notification options
5. Confirm publish

Approving Time Off

1. Dashboard > Pending Requests
2. Review request details
3. Check coverage/staffing
4. Click Approve or Deny
5. Add optional note

Handling a Missed Punch

1. Time Clock > Exceptions
2. Find the employee
3. Click "Add Punch"
4. Enter correct time
5. Add reason/notes
6. Submit for approval

Enable push notifications so you never miss a schedule change or team message. GPS verification starts working 5 minutes before your shift, so arrive on time and have your location enabled.

Publish Early
