FAQ

How far in advance can I see my schedule?

Schedules are typically published 1-2 weeks in advance, depending on your organization's settings. You'll receive a notification when a new schedule is posted.

Can I request time off for a date I'm already scheduled?

Yes, but it's treated as a schedule change request rather than a standard time-off request. Your manager will need to approve it and may ask you to find coverage first.

What happens if my time-off request is denied?

You'll receive a notification with any comments from your manager. You can submit a new request for different dates or discuss with your manager directly.

How do I cancel a shift swap request?

Before it's accepted, tap the pending swap and select Cancel Request. Once another employee accepts, you'll need to contact your manager to undo it.

Why can't I pick up an open shift?

Open shifts may have requirements you don't meet:

  • Position/role restrictions
  • Certification requirements
  • Maximum weekly hours limit
  • Schedule conflicts

How do I change my regular availability?

Go to Profile > Availability and update your weekly schedule. Changes take effect for future scheduling but don't affect already-published shifts.

Can I see who else is working my shift?

Yes, tap any shift to see details including coworkers on the same shift and the manager on duty.
