Getting Started with Olympus Cloud

Welcome to Olympus Cloud! This guide will help you get up and running quickly.

What's Included

Olympus Cloud provides two main applications:

Quick Start by Role

For Employees

  1. Accept your invitation - Check email for invite link
  2. Download the app - Get the mobile app for iOS or Android
  3. Set up your profile - Add photo and contact info
  4. View your schedule - See when you're working
  5. Clock in - Start tracking your time

For Managers

  1. Complete employee steps above
  2. Set up your team - Add employees and roles
  3. Create schedules - Build and publish shifts
  4. Configure settings - Customize for your business
  5. Review analytics - Monitor performance

For Administrators

  1. Complete manager steps above
  2. Configure billing - Set up payment method
  3. Set up integrations - Connect payroll and HR systems
  4. Manage users - Control access and permissions

Make sure your browser and mobile device meet the minimum requirements below before getting started. Using an unsupported browser may result in missing features or display issues.

Network

  • Stable internet connection (3G minimum, 4G/WiFi recommended)
  • Ports 443 (HTTPS) must be open

First-Time Setup Checklist

Use this checklist to ensure a smooth setup:

Account Setup

  • Accept email invitation
  • Create password (8+ characters, mix of letters/numbers/symbols)
  • Enable two-factor authentication
  • Add profile photo
  • Set notification preferences

Mobile App

  • Download app from App Store or Google Play
  • Log in with your credentials
  • Enable push notifications
  • Allow location access (for GPS time clock)

Learn the Basics

  • View your schedule
  • Practice clocking in/out
  • Send a test message in Team Chat
  • Check your time-off balance
