Account Setup
Configure your Olympus Cloud account to get the most out of the platform.
Profile Settings
Update Your Profile
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner
- Select Settings > Profile
- Update your information:

- Click Save Changes
Profile Photo Guidelines
- Format: JPG, PNG, or GIF
- Size: Under 5MB
- Dimensions: 400x400px recommended (will be cropped to square)
- Content: Professional headshot works best
Notification Preferences
Control how and when you receive notifications.
Notification Channels

Configure Notifications
- Go to Settings > Notifications
- For each notification type, choose your preferences:

Quiet Hours
Disable non-urgent notifications during off hours:
- Go to Settings > Notifications > Quiet Hours
- Enable Quiet Hours
- Set start time (e.g., 10:00 PM)
- Set end time (e.g., 7:00 AM)
- Choose days to apply
Critical notifications (shift cancellations, emergencies) will still come through during quiet hours.
Security Settings
Change Password
- Go to Settings > Security
- Click Change Password
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password:
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character
- Confirm new password
- Click Update Password
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Add an extra layer of security to your account.
Enable 2FA with Authenticator App
- Go to Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication
- Click Enable 2FA
- Choose Authenticator App
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app:
- Google Authenticator
- Authy
- Microsoft Authenticator
- 1Password
- Enter the 6-digit code from your app
- Save your backup codes securely
- Click Enable
Enable 2FA with SMS
- Go to Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication
- Click Enable 2FA
- Choose SMS
- Verify your phone number
- Enter the code sent via SMS
- Save your backup codes securely
- Click Enable
Backup Codes
When you enable 2FA, you'll receive 10 backup codes. Store these securely:
- Each code can only be used once
- Use if you lose access to your authenticator
- Generate new codes anytime in Security settings
- Keep them in a password manager or printed in a safe place
Active Sessions
View and manage devices logged into your account:
- Go to Settings > Security > Active Sessions
- View all logged-in devices:
- Device type
- Location (approximate)
- Last active time
- Click Sign Out next to any suspicious sessions
- Click Sign Out All Other Sessions for complete security

Data Visibility
Control what information others can see:

Connected Devices
Mobile App
View mobile devices connected to your account:
- Go to Settings > Connected Devices
- See list of mobile devices with:
- Device name
- Operating system
- Last active
- Push notification status
Remove a Device
- Find the device in the list
- Click the trash icon
- Confirm removal
- The device will be logged out
Account Management
Download Your Data
Request a copy of your personal data:
- Go to Settings > Privacy > Download My Data
- Click Request Download
- You'll receive an email with download link within 48 hours
Delete Account
Deleting your account is permanent. You'll lose access to schedules, messages, and time records.
To delete your account:
- Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
- Enter your password
- Select reason for leaving (optional)
- Click Delete My Account
- Confirm in the popup
Note: Only available if your employer allows self-service account deletion.
